As of May 15th pre-registration is closed.
All further memberships must be purchased at the door.

Special Children's Pricing

An Adult is considered anyone over the age of twelve (12) years prior to the first day of the convention. For Youths between the ages of eight (8) and twelve (12) the membership rate is $25.00. "Kid in Tow" badges are available for $5.00 for children up to the age of seven (7) who will be CONSTANTLY in the company of their adult BayCon member caretaker. These children cannot be left on their own in the Gaming Room or any other badge-required convention area. (These memberships are sold only at the door only!)

If 1-, 2-, or 3-day memberships are made available, they will be sold at the door only. Rates will not be determined until the start of the convention.

The convention Registration is at the north end of the hotel, on the ground floor near the lower ballrooms.

To avoid any possible confusion or mistakes from moving membership badges between locations, badges will not be available after the normal hours of the pick-up location are over. Please plan accordingly.
