When you are making your reservations mention that you are with 'BayCon' to get our convention rates. Also please make your reservations by May 8, 2001.
Please Note: At this time the DoubleTree Hotel's online reservation form will not allow for making reservations with the BayCon rate. The DoubleTree Hotel is working on correcting this. For now please make reservations by phone. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause. We will post new information as we receive it.

PETS/LIVE ANIMALS POLICY |

 |
Pets are allowed at the DoubleTree in private rooms and in public. They must be either caged or carried while in public. If pets are unattended in the rooms they must be caged.
Pets are not allowed in the function space (ballrooms, meeting rooms,
etc.) by hotel policy. No pets are allowed in food service areas because of health code issues.
People bringing pets to the hotel need to notify the front desk at
check-in and sign a waiver. You will also be asked for a deposit.
Service animals (seeing-eye dogs, etc.) are exempt. If it is not clearly apparent that your companion is a service animal, please carry proof to avoid misunderstandings.
