BayCon Blood Drive
Once again, in cooperation with the Stanford Blood Center, you are invited to be a part of a BayCon tradition and experience a wonderful feeling of human kindness by donating blood at BayCon on Saturday, May 26 from 10:00am to 5:00pm. The Stanford Bloodmobile will be parked in front of the hotel in the parking lot.
It takes just one hour to make a donation and save a human life.
Right now there is a shortage for several types of blood.
Requirements for donating:
1) You must be between 17 and 74 years old, or 16 with parental consent. Individuals who are 75 years of age or over may donate with their doctor's written approval.
2) You must weigh at least 110 lbs.
3) You must be in good health.
4) You must have eaten prior to donating.
5) You must bring a photo ID.
