Fan Tables

ATTENTION, Baycon members!

Do you have a fannish activity/group/convention you would like to promote to attendees at Baycon? This year we have once again set aside space in the mezzanine area outside of the 2nd floor meeting rooms (near the Info Desk) for Fan Tables! We will 12 6-foot long tables available as follows: 6 tables along the balcony perimeter will each have access to power for computers, displays, lighting, etc.; another 6 tables (without power access) will be located in the center of the mezzanine space; all are free of charge for registered members of Baycon on a first-ask/first-get basis (particularly let me know early if you need one of the tables with access to power outlets). If you just want to drop of flyers, etc., but don’t need a whole table to yourself, there will also be one or two general “freebee” tables along the inside wall of the mezzanine near the elevator lobby.

Send an email to fantable11@baycon.org with your name and the name of your group/event, and let me know whether you need access to a power outlet (first 6 requestors only – please don’t ask for this access if you do not require it for your fantable to function). If your table request reaches me after these 12 tables are full, I will put you on a waiting list in case of cancellations.
